As an official pre-summit event of the India AI Impact Summit 2026, Reliance Foundation, in partnership with Central Square Foundation, convened a high-level roundtable on AI in Education at Jio Institute, Navi Mumbai. The half-day convening brought together over 50 leaders and experts from philanthropic organisations, EdTech, academia and the private sector to examine how Artificial Intelligence (AI) and EdTech can be harnessed to improve learning outcomes and rethink education in the age of AI.
As the world leaders gathered for the 80th United Nations General Assembly, to shape a bold vision for the final five years of the 2030 Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) agenda and beyond, ‘India Day @ UNGA’ brought innovative learnings of partnerships, progress and the future for key social sector stakeholders. Reliance Foundation, Observer Research Foundation (ORF), and the United Nations in India held two flagship events on Wednesday, 24th September 2025, spotlighting India’s and the Global South’s innovations with thought-provoking conversations and insights, to help shape the final five years of the 2030 SDG agenda.
High-level dialogues exploring India’s growing role as a leader in the Global South marked discussions during ‘India Day @ UNGA week’ in New York. Organised by Reliance Foundation in partnership with Observer Research Foundation (ORF) and the United Nations in India office, the events provided insights and learnings along with pathways for sustainable development beyond 2030.
Reliance Foundation and Vital Voices are excited to announce the selection of 50 exceptional women chosen for the 2024-2025 WomenLeaders India Fellowship. This second cohort of the Fellowship identifies women with deep commitment to driving change and change within their communities as social sector leaders and social entrepreneurs.
Reliance Foundation is convening the National Conference on ‘Empowering Youth for the Jobs of the Future’ in partnership with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) to delve into current youth employment trends, identify the essential future-ready skills, and devise actionable strategies to bridge the skills gap through discussions, presentations, and interactive sessions.
In a step forward to shaping India’s tomorrow, Shri Jayant Chaudhary, Minister of State (Independent Charge), Minister of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, and Minister of State, Ministry of Education, Government of India, launched the Reliance Foundation Skilling Academy, a platform dedicated to preparing India’s youth for jobs of the future.
As landslides at Wayanad have created heartrending scenes of devastation, everything possible needs to be done to support the people at this time. Reliance Foundation as part of deep commitment to the nation, especially in its most challenging hours, announced a multi-pronged approach to support the people of Wayanad in the immediate, mid-term and long-term.
Reliance Foundation and the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) have entered into a strategic partnership to create courses with future-ready skills for 500,000 Indian youth. This partnership entails the development of curriculum focusing on creating capacity for the youth in fields including EdTech, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence (AI), environmental sustainability, policy analysis and much more.
